Job Title: Clinical Support Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Representative to join our team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. In this role, you will work closely with patients, clinicians, and outside providers to troubleshoot registration issues and resolve errors.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with patients, clinicians, and outside providers to troubleshoot registration issues and resolve errors.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of patient registration, cash management, and scheduling with high accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and outside providers.
  • Support clinical requests, initiate orders, and prior-authorizations.
  • Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and managing recall and reminder communications.
  • Identify common registration issues and resolve them promptly.

Requirements:

  • Professional and courteous manner with the public, patients, co-workers, and providers.
  • Ability to work with little guidance and think critically.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of clinic software programs.
  • Ability to remain calm and controlled in difficult situations.

Physical Requirements: The position requires a pre-employment physical to determine if the employee can meet the physical demands of the job.

Work Status: Monday to Friday.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $43,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience.
