Job Overview

As a Network Infrastructure Specialist with Global Enterprise Services, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global DoD information network (DoDIN). Our team provides 24x7 global operations and incident management support, working closely with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to deliver high-quality services.

Job Description

This position involves troubleshooting circuits using router commands, loops, alarms, and errors. You will utilize network monitoring tools to track and resolve issues, escalating them when necessary. Additionally, you will create and update tickets using Remedy and troubleshoot networking technologies on a live, global network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot circuit-related issues using advanced network protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in network infrastructure preferred.
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance prior to start date.
  • Security+ certification or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 60 days of start date.
