Job Summary

Vibrantz Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Penn Yan, NY. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety rules and using proper PPE. You will also follow all standard operating procedures and have the ability to read and understand all necessary production instructions, spreadsheets, and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various equipment, including kilns, jet mills, blenders, mixers, dryers, forklifts, screening equipment, pulverizers, Sweco mills, ball mills, and bottling equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with Vibrantz Technologies' policies and procedures, management systems, and all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.
  • Act according to the Vibrantz Values & Behaviors.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Principles a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, lift, and move continually during a 12-hour shift.
  • Able to climb stairs.
  • Is subject to lifting 55 lbs.
  • Works in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
  • Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, and fumes.
