Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, leveraging your expertise and nursing skills.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in nephrology care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus points for experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings
