About the Role: The Joblink is seeking a skilled Data Entry and Administrative Specialist to join our Administration and IT department. This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your attention to detail while gaining exposure to different areas of the business.

  • Scan and sort contracts and supporting documents
  • Box completed scanned documents and place in the appropriate areas of the office
  • Enter and review billing data into appropriate databases
  • Ensure timely turnaround on all data entry requests
  • Monitor and update existing data as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including scanning and sorting documents
  • Review and enter billing data into relevant databases
  • Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in data entry or administration is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Effective multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
