Software Development Engineer, Alexa International Tech

As a software developer in the Alexa International Tech team, you will have the opportunity to build low-latency services that meet the high expectations of Alexa customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building full-stack software solutions and contributing to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle, including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
- Working with other engineering teams to achieve common goals and collaborate on architecture and technical direction.
- Contributing to the team's technical direction, best practices, and planning for the future.

Basic qualifications include:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $129,300/year to $223,600/year.
Additional forms of compensation, such as equity and sign-on payments, may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
