Job Title: RN & LPN Baylor 7a-7p (Sat & Sun)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Twin Lakes Community. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain RN & LPN licensure requirements.
  2. Provide comprehensive nursing care and services to residents, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring and recording resident responses, and implementing infection control procedures.
  3. Work Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p, with the possibility of an additional shift during the week for full-time employment.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  5. Provide counseling to residents' families as needed and refer specific problems to the appropriate TLC employees.
  6. Complete all necessary documentation on residents and ensure proper documentation is sent or retrieved if a resident moves from one level of care to another.
  7. Supervise and oversee care and services provided by LPNs and CNAs.
  8. Respond to residents, families, visitors, coworkers, and supervision in a kind, polite, and professional manner.
  9. Protect confidential information concerning employees, residents, family, and/or the organization.
  10. Demonstrate knowledge of and adhere to all Safety procedures and facility Fire, Disaster, and Bomb Threat procedures.
  11. Adhere to all organizational, departmental, and nursing procedures in the performance of position responsibilities.
  12. Attend organizational or departmental conferences and/or in-services as scheduled.

Requirements:
  • Maintain RN & LPN licensure requirements.
  • 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing/Memory Care/Assisted Living environment.
