Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Horizon Group in Berlin, Tracy City.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex customer projects in the software and hardware sector, ensuring the achievement of contract goals.
  • Plan and control projects, including defining work packages, milestones, quality gates, and project resources, while adhering to time, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams, collaborate in steering committees, and coordinate with product and service management.
  • Manage suppliers and partners in collaboration with departments such as procurement and legal.
  • Identify, coordinate, and manage change requests and project risks.
  • Document and report project status (completion, budget, etc.).
  • Handle escalations within the company.
Your Profile:
  • Completed degree and experience in managing complex projects involving both hardware and software.
  • Competence in leading project teams and collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Familiarity with technical guidelines and proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of project and risk management tools, as well as project controlling and reporting.
  • Ability to meet the expectations of internal and external stakeholders and adapt to the interests and concerns of different parties.
  • Independent and responsible work ethic, analytical thinking, economic decision-making, and responsible use of resources.
  • Results-oriented, resilient, decisive, and able to handle conflicts within a team.
