We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Corporate Controllership to join our team. This role will be responsible for closing, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for the Firm's Americas corporate entities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive oversight of assigned management company entities
  • Analyzing financial data for accuracy, exception, and trends
  • Preparing the general ledger closing, including quarterly Profit and Loss Account and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Calculating depreciation
  • Preparing financials
  • Working on fund expense allocations and collaborating on intercompany reimbursements
  • Collaborating on the annual audit process and liaising with external auditors
  • Working in partnership with various businesses to ensure that divisional P&Ls are properly stated
  • Working with management to improve processes associated with cash transactions
  • Participating in the annual budgeting process
  • Producing reporting on historical budget data for presentations
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and partnering across teams to propose and implement solutions

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Accounting or Finance and 5-8 years of experience in Finance and Controllership. Private Equity experience is a plus, but not required.
