We are seeking an experienced and skilled Trench Safety Engineering Manager to join our team at National Trench Safety. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the NTS Engineering team and overseeing all engineering initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Trench Safety Engineering Manager will be responsible for developing site-specific engineered shoring system plans for contractors and providing technical input and guidance that supports the use of all engineered shoring equipment. You will negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors, review and stamp final Engineered plans, and participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies
  • Develop site-specific engineered shoring system plans for contractors
  • Provide technical input and guidance on the use of engineered shoring equipment
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop drawing and design standards
  • Establish program requirements for all areas of the project
  • Mobilize company resources to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
