Job Title: ITAM Desktop Hardware Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ITAM Desktop Hardware Specialist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As an ITAM Desktop Hardware Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT assets by maintaining a current PC image for all PENA IT related equipment.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with our IT team to troubleshoot image issues and problems, following ISM/IT policy regarding legal review and legal holds of equipment.

A successful candidate will have experience with IT asset management, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for managing IT hardware warranty programs, preparing 'Trashed Equipment' documents for PENA Finance, and distributing received IT equipment to technicians, project managers, and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a current PC image for all PENA IT related equipment
  • Troubleshoot image issues and problems
  • Follow ISM/IT policy regarding legal review and legal holds of equipment
  • Manage IT hardware warranty programs
  • Prepare 'Trashed Equipment' documents for PENA Finance
  • Distribute received IT equipment to technicians, project managers, and departments

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
