Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant for Philips, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient data solutions to customers across the US. With a strong focus on technical expertise and customer relationships, this position demands individuals with a passion for improving lives through innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical recommendations to customers based on their unique requirements and environment
• Support the transition from a break-fix model to a customer-centric approach, driving continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and service offerings
• Act as a member of the regional work team, collaborating with internal and external resources to achieve customer loyalty
• Coordinate project resources and tasks to enable team members to focus on customer deliverables

About the Role:

This field-based position requires travel across the specified geography, with average driving times ranging from 1-4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air or train may be required.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in IT technologies or electronics industry, preferably in a field or hospital-based service environment
• Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred
• Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience, with Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or other related disciplines or equivalent combination of education and experience

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an estimated hourly pay range of $29.09 to $49.88, plus overtime eligible. Additionally, this role includes a field service incentive bonus plan, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities.
