Guitar Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Luthier to join our team at Guitar Center. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining store-owned gear, servicing customer-owned instruments with precision, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of guitar repair and maintenance, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are passionate about music and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
• Maintain store-owned gear, including guitars, amps, and other equipment.
• Servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
• Complete warranty repair work in a timely and efficient manner.

• A skilled understanding of repairing guitars, including fretwork, setup, and electronics.
• Familiarity with Guitar Center products and services is a plus.

• A competitive hourly rate based on experience ($16.00-$24.00/hr).
