This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract administration while supporting our Traders and Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the legal department and middle office with drafting, reviewing, and finalizing deal confirmations and contracts associated with our Supply and Marketing business unit.
  2. Organize and maintain contract files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible in accordance with company policies.
  3. Input contract information into the necessary platform.
  4. Work closely with the legal department and middle office, to facilitate the trading confirmation processes and resolve any issues and concerns regarding such confirmations.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Basic understanding of contract law and principles (preferred but not required).
  6. Basic understanding of accounting.
