Competitive Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- $17-19 per hour salary range.
Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Care Support Specialist, you will provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care and support as allowable by state statutes and under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician.
- Maintaining overall tidiness of the clinics, following cleaning and sanitation protocols.
- Ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
- Having a sense of urgency, ensuring patient concerns and issues are escalated to clinicians and the Clinic Director for quick resolution.
Cultivating an Exceptional Customer Experience
You will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience by:
- Greeting and interacting with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.
- Promoting an efficient patient intake and registration process and assisting clinicians with timely scheduling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students).
- Customer Service experience (service industry or administrative role).
- Certified Personal Trainer experience.
- An Associate Degree in Health Sciences or Related Field.
