We have an exciting opportunity for a Sports Medicine Receptionist to join our team at Acceleration Sports Medicine in Tigard, OR. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors, while ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, answering telephones, and performing various administrative functions. **Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
* Greet and assist patients in person and via the telephone
* Answering telephones and additional administrative functions
* Patient registration
* Schedule patient appointments maximizing provider's schedule
* Third-party insurance verification
* Obtaining referrals and authorizations
* Establish and maintain patient call list and appointment logs
* Utilize various scripting for patient communication
* General facility upkeep
* Some marketing and networking duties
