Core Services Manager

Sharetec is seeking a skilled Core Services Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid-remote position located in Ft. Wayne, IN. For the right candidate, fully remote work is also an option. We can only consider remote employees who reside in one of the states listed below.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in service management, with experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality results. They will be responsible for managing a team of 10-12 core service specialists, working with a larger team across our professional services department to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate their team to achieve their best. They will also have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify issues and develop strategies to resolve them.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of core service specialists
- Working with the Professional Services Director to establish and manage goals and responsibilities for Professional Services Engineers
- Ensuring the Professional Services Engineers exceed corporate expectations in achieving billable utilization targets as well as core knowledge, communication, and execution
- Defining and maintaining a high bar for team member expectations and enabling the team to achieve it
- Monitoring performance of team members and providing timely feedback and development assistance
- Preparing weekly revenue forecast worksheet and creating action plans to address issues
- Managing resource assignments and staffing levels, including recruitment as needed
- Providing leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead services team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
- Ensuring delivery model is focused on quality, cost-effective delivery of services, and customer success outcomes
- Working with the Product Engineering and Support teams to contribute documentation
Requirements:
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower their service team
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and develop strategies to resolve them
- Analysis and Strategy: Ability to break down situations into their component parts and understand the underlying dynamics
- Experience: Preferred, but not required, experience in service management or a related role, and knowledge of service management principles, processes, and best practices
