At Stine Seed Company, a well-established corn and soybean seed producer in North Central Tennessee, we are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to cover Robertson, Sumner, Macon, and Trousdale Counties.

This is a rare opportunity to grow professionally and financially with our reputable brand, leveraging a 40-plus year reputation for quality seed products.

About the Role:
  • Represent the Stine brand within the assigned territory, fostering strong relationships with existing dealers and recruiting new partnerships.
  • Maintain and enhance agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet established goals, working closely with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide support and guidance.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Communicate effectively with dealers, implementing Stine's sales programs and policies, and ensuring seamless execution.
Competencies and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in ag-related roles, including previous involvement in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven success in negotiating and building relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to achieve set targets, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Compensation:

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000, based on industry standards and location-specific factors.
