Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care services, including bathing, dressing, and feeding; ">
  • Assist with rehabilitation activities, such as ambulation and exercises; ">
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe environment by reporting any hazards or equipment malfunctions; ">
  • Communicate effectively with Registered Nurses regarding patient observations and concerns; ">
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety; ">

Requirements:

  • Current Rhode Island license as a Nursing Assistant; ">
  • High school graduate or its equivalent preferred; ">
  • Basic computer skills and certification in BLS; ">
  • Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred; ">
  • Knowledge of aging processes, human development stages, and cultural patterns in patient care; ">

Compensation and Benefits:
