Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Maintain and operate machinery used in the production of flooring products.
  • Perform color and die changes as required by production needs.
  • Maintain inventory of punches, die frames, molds, and filler grids.
  • Rebuild molds as necessary.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance and perform routine checks.
  • Lift and handle equipment up to 8,000 pounds using fork trucks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification in mechanics or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
