About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Manager to join our DoorDash USA team. This individual will drive impact by improving Merchant retention and experience on our platform.

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will solve problems by digging into details, executing quickly in the face of ambiguity, and building strong cross-functional collaboration. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution that shape the success of Merchants on our platform.

You will work closely with our Support, Sales, and Product teams to develop hypotheses for new ways to achieve your goals. You'll test these hypotheses in the market and refine your approach to develop best-in-world solutions.

This role requires an ownership mentality, analytical skills, and the ability to distill complex topics into a summary for stakeholders at all levels. You should have 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience and experience leading a team are a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles in the United States. This figure includes base pay and potential bonuses.

You will report to our Senior Manager of Merchant Strategy & Operations in this role. Our team operates at the lowest level of detail to understand the impact of decisions and iterate given insights from data. We're excited about candidates who can bring their ideas to life with a broad team including Product, Analytics, Operations, Sales, B2B Marketing, and Support.
