Agile Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to join our team at Ignyte AI. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
The Agile Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading multiple Scrum teams, coaching and facilitating continuous improvement, and driving business value delivery through agile principles and practices.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will challenge you to drive transformation across our organization, leveraging your expertise in Agile, SAFe, and Kanban. As a key member of our Technology area, you will work closely with Product Management, Development, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software using Agile/Scrum framework.
You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies for two or more Scrum teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the board. Your critical thinking skills will be essential in identifying risks, communicating effectively, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and creative work environment for teams, resolving conflicts within the team as needed.
- Influence across levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Collaborate with various-sized co-located and geographically distributed teams.
- Maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. We require 5-7 years of IT program management experience in software development using Agile methodologies, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Your preferred qualifications include 2+ years of SAFe experience and experience driving/leading scaled Agile transformation efforts. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and be highly energetic, responsible, organized, self-disciplined, and self-motivated.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that the actual salary may vary based on individual circumstances.
