Patient Experience Coordinator

About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of $20 - $23 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) savings plan with match.
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
- Balancing nightly deposits and credit card processing.
