Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Jefferson Health in Cherry Hill. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for patients, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods, including entrees, soups, sauces, and vegetables, according to standard recipes and production orders.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that food is prepared and served on time.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve cooking skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food preparation, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
