Job Description

In this dynamic role, you will lead a team of skilled CNC Lathe Machinists on 2nd Shift, utilizing advanced CNC skills to drive success. As a seasoned professional, you will set up, program, and run CNC Lathes, ensuring seamless operations and quality results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC Lathes efficiently
  • Lead and mentor the CNC Lathe Machinist team
  • Inspect parts and maintain accurate documentation using precision measuring instruments
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to industry standards

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience operating CNC Lathe machines
  • Proficient programming skills in Mazatrol required
  • Prior mentoring experience is highly valued
  • Knowledge of Mastercam programming is an asset
