Guest Service Ambassador

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Guest Service Representative plays a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, as well as excellence and efficiency in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Prompt and Personalized Service: Greet guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm, following the Nothing Bundt Cakes Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on Nothing Bundt Cakes cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Suggest additional merchandise, including balloons, candles, and cards, to complete a unique celebration.
- Order Processing: Process guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join the Nothing Bundt Cakes Email Club to benefit from special promotions and remain connected.
- Bakery Presentation: Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, which may include routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows, and other surfaces.
- Merchandise Replenishment: Replenish retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation.
- Team Support: Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
- Compliance: Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
Compensation:$9.00 - $13.00 per hour
