Job Summary:

The Phlebotomist III role at ICONMA involves providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our Patient Service Centers, Mobile, Long Term Care, and In-Office Phlebotomy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect high-quality blood samples from patients while adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure daily activities are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Exhibit leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy in patient information.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff, providing regular input to the group lead or supervisor.
  • Work with customers who require specialized phlebotomy skills, handling high-complexity and/or volume practices.

Requirements:

  • Five years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience.
