The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience in managing IT operations in a multi-regional or retail environment. They will be responsible for overseeing key IT services, including data and voice networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, and communication tools, while driving strategic alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities will include leading and managing IT service operations, developing and enforcing IT policies, processes, and standards, and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of Dermalogica-s IT environment. The Associate Director will also be responsible for managing internal and external support teams, ensuring seamless service delivery across desktop support, network administration, server management, and cloud services.

Additionally, the Associate Director will oversee the management of Dermalogica-s cloud infrastructure, lead cloud migration and integration efforts, and drive continuous improvement and optimization of cloud-based services. They will also partner with external IT vendors to manage contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor-s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 5+ years of experience in IT service management. They will also have a proven track record of managing IT operations in the US and Canada, and experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders.
