Treatment Program Manager for Eating Disorder Recovery

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Treatment Program Manager for Eating Disorder Recovery at Monte Nido Portland. This is a unique opportunity to work in a residential treatment program dedicated to helping adults overcome eating disorders.

As a Treatment Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the admission process, leading clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will also support marketing efforts and contribute to the development of cost-effective methods to provide service.

This role requires a Master's degree in social work or psychology, preferably with knowledge of eating disorders, and a minimum of 1 year experience working with eating disorder clients. Licensed professionals who are CPR certified are encouraged to apply.

The salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
