At StoneSprings Hospital Center, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for administering and documenting all established department services and special procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document all aspects of patient care.
  • Work closely with all healthcare providers to facilitate and coordinate efficient, effective, quality healthcare.
  • Implement and/or comply with all policies, procedures, and standards of the department and the institution.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an NBRC-approved program for respiratory therapy, qualifying candidate for certification/registry.
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • CRT or RRT from National Board Respiratory Care (NBRC). BLS certification through American Red Cross (AHA and military certifications accepted) required upon hire. ACLS, PALS certification through American Red Cross (AHA and military certifications accepted) and NRP required within 90 days of hire.
  • Previous experience in all aspects of respiratory care preferred.
