Key Responsibilities- Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician, you will perform a wide range of patient care activities, including prioritizing and assisting in patient triage, preparing patients for examinations, administering medications, and collecting laboratory tests.
- You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, utilizing your initiative and ability to prioritize critical demands.
- As an LVN, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Current LVN license issued by the State of California.
- BART or BLS certification at time of hire, with a commitment to obtaining BART within six months.
- Minimum two years of experience working in an outpatient Women's Health clinic, with a strong understanding of universal precautions and proper use of body mechanics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in urology or with diagnostic and treatment procedures.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment maintenance.
