Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Homecare team on a PRN/Flex schedule. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients to assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient care based on physician referrals and age-appropriate assessments
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care
- Document patient care and complete other patient-related forms
- Collaborate with other clinical staff to achieve efficient clinical activity and quality patient care
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Experience in site-specific level of care preferred, but not required
- Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or eligible to complete clinical fellowship year (CFY)
- Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- AHA BLS-certified within six months of employment
