Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Agency Operations Support team. As an intern, you'll assist with various tasks, including:

  • Sourcing data and information to build book assessments;
  • Assisting with scheduling and preparing for review calls with Field Leadership;
  • Creating agendas for meetings, taking notes, and coordinating follow-up items;
  • Tracking book assignment confirmations and utilizing program management tools;
  • Supporting Agent Experience initiatives and operational items, including Journey Mapping workshops and requirements gathering;
  • Assisting with tasks related to program administration, such as program onboarding and communication;
  • Supporting leadership presentation preparation, document gathering, research, and communications;
  • Performing other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a current college student (Junior or Senior status), dependable, organized, and proactive. You should also possess effective communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and a team-focused approach. Additionally, you'll need to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Opportunity

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience and develop valuable skills in business, program coordination, and leadership assistance. As an intern, you'll spend 80% of your time performing tasks or working on projects within your hired work area, 10% learning in other areas within your assigned division, and 10% participating in shared experiences across the organization.

To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis. We are not able to sponsor employment visas or work authorizations for this role.
