About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Vector Security. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas, prospecting for new clients, and establishing strong relationships with existing clients to drive referrals and new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prospect for new clients and develop mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to drive referrals and new sales opportunities
  • Inspect and review physical premises to design system requirements that meet client needs
  • Prepare and submit documents according to established company guidelines
  • Closing sales and providing exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Monitor job progress and demonstrate the operation of security systems, including a final walk-through with clients
Requirements
  • 1-year experience in prospecting sales
  • 1-year experience in outside sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sales ability and persuasiveness
  • Self-starter
  • Valid driver's license
  • Lead generation
  • Presentation skills
  • Rapport building
  • Team player
  • Enthusiastic
  • Ability to make an impact
  • Goal completion
