The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Associate Governmental Program Analyst to join our team. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can effectively analyze data, develop reports, and provide recommendations to support the implementation of programs and policies within the department. As an Associate Governmental Program Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns

  • Provide recommendations to support the implementation of programs and policies
  • Collaborate with department staff to develop and implement program evaluations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, public policy, or social sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,500 - $73,300 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options.
