We are seeking a Behavioral Health Professional to join our team in Durham, NC. As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will be responsible for treating a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

About the Job:

Your primary responsibilities will include forming excellent provider-patient alliances, coordinating care with external providers, screening and assessing patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders, and providing treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW or LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina

Salary: An estimated salary of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
