Business Development Manager Opportunity

TEPHRA is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our MES/MOM portfolio growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Meet with potential clients to discuss our MES/MOM solutions and identify areas for growth
  • Collaborate with our technical team to develop proposals that meet client needs and objectives
  • Participate in pricing and negotiating contracts


Client Retention and Business Development Planning:

  • Present new products and services to existing clients to enhance relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Work with our technical team to develop business development plans and strategies
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, events, and conferences to increase revenue


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, with a focus on MES/MOM solutions
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing domain and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
