Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at AFS Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and position AFS as a solution provider.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement targeted strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire multimodal/multiservice opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Skills: Strong consultative sales skills, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
