Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:
JOB & Vous is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment complies with all safety, environmental, and other regulatory compliances. They will also assist in tracking engineering expense and capital budgeting compliance, and provide support to the production organization to promote the production of the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform activities involving continuous improvement tools, analysis of product irregularities, recommending solutions, and facilitating cost-down initiatives related to improving product costs.
  • Assist in identifying unacceptable performance through analysis and acquired technical knowledge of the product and process, including waste and cost reduction.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, financially justifying projects, preparing budgets, reviewing design, supervising installation, and commissioning.
  • Gain understanding and assist in ensuring safety, environmental, and other regulatory compliances by working with appropriate associates on EHS issues, following the implementation of MSR's, and continually improving communication across all relevant departments.
  • Participate in contractor management process and periodically audit contractor's work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures are followed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Engineering
  • Prior Manufacturing or Related experience
