Inventory Accuracy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Accuracy Specialist to join our team at Lamons. This is a full-time position responsible for conducting daily cycle counts of finished goods and/or raw materials inventory to assess the accuracy of on-hand levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct blind counts of on-hand inventory using systematic problem-solving skills to identify root cause(s) of variances.
  • Use Syteline ERP system to record and reconcile cycle count data, including recounts of variances from un-posted cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with process owners to implement corrective actions based on results of root cause investigations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience conducting cycle counts, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to use Syteline ERP system effectively, as well as Excel and Word at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills, with ability to work well within and across functional departments.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
