Lucid Staffing Solutions is partnering with a hospital to fill 4 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) positions to enhance their provider pool.

Shifts and Schedule

">

Successful candidates will be assigned 13-week contracts, working weekdays from 7am to 3pm, 7am to 7pm, and 7am to 11pm, as well as weekends. Part-time locum CRNAs are also welcome to apply to meet the FTE requirement. Coverage will be provided for Procedural Care Units, with two providers needing general OR experience and one provider preferably having outpatient endoscopy experience with Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC).

Case Details

On average, each CRNA can expect to manage 4-5 cases per day during a 12-hour shift, primarily consisting of Orthopedic and Neurological cases. In Neuro cases, the operating room team comprises a Surgeon, Surgical Assistant, Scrub Technician, and Operating Room Registered Nurse Circulator. For Ortho cases, two Surgical Assistants are utilized depending on the type of case. The hospital utilizes Cerner as its Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Supervision and Environment

The CRNAs will work under 100% supervision and in a Trauma Level II environment with 10 available Operating Rooms. Patients' age demographic ranges from adolescents to geriatric individuals, excluding those requiring heart care, pediatric care, major vascular procedures, or obstetric care. Responsibilities do not include placing blocks or lines, as physicians perform these tasks.
