Job Title: Direct Sales Representative

Delicato Family Wines is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wines to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and membership goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Utilize wine knowledge and product expertise to provide exceptional customer service and make wine recommendations
  • Collaborate with the DTC Manager to develop and execute outside sales promotions and targeted sales campaigns
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer information, including addresses, club status, and credit card data
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably in the wine and spirits industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and membership goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of wine and wine industry trends, with the ability to make wine recommendations and provide product expertise
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
