Weed Man Lawn Care is seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Snow Removal Professional. As a leader in lawn care services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and creating a positive work environment for our employees.

This seasonal position offers the opportunity to work with modern snow removal equipment, including snow blowers and plows. You will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and parking lots, ensuring the safety of customers and their property during winter weather.

• Clearing snow and ice from designated areas using heavy machinery
• Maintaining and operating snow removal equipment in good working condition
• Applying de-icing materials to prevent slippery surfaces and ensure customer safety
• Performing routine checks on equipment and reporting any maintenance or repair needs
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve efficient and effective snow removal operations

• Prior experience in snow removal or related field, such as landscaping or ground maintenance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in cold and inclement weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Competitive hourly rate: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
