Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess strong desk management skills and finance & insurance (F&I) experience.
  • Recruit and evaluate the performance of sales personnel, conduct weekly sales meetings, and provide training.
  • Oversee the presentation and merchandising of both new and pre-owned vehicles, reviewing all promotional materials before approval.
  • Coordinate the inventory of new and used vehicles, ensuring appropriate supply levels.
  • Meet regularly with the dealership's general sales manager to assess forecasts and departmental profits.
  • Address customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Must hold a valid sales license and driver's license.
