About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic mid-level Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our team at the North FL/South GA Gainesville VA Healthcare System. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care, increasing access, and improving outcomes for Veterans.
  • Perform comprehensive examinations, consultations, diagnosis, and treatment of dermatological diseases.
  • Obtain and evaluate medical histories; perform physical examinations; perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures; and order laboratory studies, radiographs, electrocardiograms, and other special examinations.

Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • English Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Education: A post-master's certificate or master's or doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner from a school of professional nursing.
  • Nurse Practitioner Board Certification: Must possess and maintain full and current board certification as a NP in Family.
