Prison Warden

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Correctional Facility Manager to join our team at Green Lake County Sheriff's Office. As a Correctional Facility Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the daily operations of the Correctional Facility.

The salary for this position is approximately $25,000 - $30,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

• Maintain and oversee the daily operations of the Correctional Facility
• Ensure the safety and security of inmates, staff, and visitors
• Supervise and train correctional officers and other facility staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve facility operations
• Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure effective communication and coordination

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Corrections, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corrections or a related field
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license
• CPR, AED, and Corrections Officer Certification

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate clearly and concisely, and maintain confidentiality.
