Job Summary:

The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is seeking a skilled Bellman/Driver to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a warm and professional manner, making them feel welcome and anticipating their needs.
  • Escort guests to their accommodations, informing them about hotel features, facilities, and emergency procedures.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other objects, acknowledging them by name.
  • Make deliveries to guest rooms as instructed.
  • Store and retrieve luggage and other objects for guests.
  • Be aware of daily hotel activities, group, and VIP arrivals.
  • Effectively communicate special guest requests to the Front Office Manager/Manager on Duty.
  • Ensure the lobby, bell closet, and work areas are always clean and presentable.
  • Aid guests and provide them with information requested and directions, escorting them whenever possible.
  • Shuttle guests on local, scheduled routes.
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently and safely.

Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must have good troubleshooting skills.
  • Clear Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
  • Valid Arizona Drivers License.
  • Meet the age requirements for insurability on the company-owned vehicles.
