Hemodialysis Technician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hemodialysis Technician to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.

• Patient Education: Provide personalized education to patients on their treatment options, including online clearance monitoring, adequacy measures, and disease process/access.
• Patient Treatment: Welcome patients, take their vital signs, evaluate vascular access for patency, perform cannulation, administer heparin (if delegated), initiate dialysis treatment, monitor patients' response, and ensure proper discontinuation of treatment.
• Maintenance/Technical: Maintain a clean and safe environment, perform routine machine maintenance, prepare and organize supplies, and ensure accurate documentation.

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required timeline.
• At least two years of previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, with an estimated annual salary range of $62,500-$80,000, based on location and experience.
