We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of executing high-volume email programs for B2C products. Your expertise in segmentation, personalization, and triggered communications will be instrumental in optimizing our email channel and fueling rapid momentum in Hinge Health's acquisition efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience managing and leading email marketing teams is also a plus.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive user engagement and conversion
  • Analyze experiment results using SQL and/or data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear and thoughtful creative briefs
