About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Samaritan Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective physical therapy services to patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas of improvement and create targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on treatment plans and progress.
Requirements
  • A current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license is required.
  • Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification is also necessary.
  • You must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, methods, and procedures.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills to explain complex issues and exchange information with team members.
  • Strong business writing skills to professionally communicate clinical content in written documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and maintain constructive relationships.
Estimated Salary: $85,000-$110,000 per year

This estimate is based on industry standards and location considerations. The actual salary may vary depending on factors such as experience, education, and certifications.
